Privacy Policy
Human Auto Typer is a local-first Chrome extension for typing prepared text into editable fields on web pages. This policy explains what the extension processes and how that information is handled.
Data processed
The extension processes text that you type or paste into its Side Panel, typing speed, Human Mode settings, local templates, batch queues, site-specific settings, session statistics, and local license state.
Purpose
This data is used only to type your prepared text into the editable field you selected and to restore your local preferences between sessions.
Local storage
Settings, the latest panel text, templates, batch queues, site profiles, session statistics, and local license state may be stored with
chrome.storage.local. This information remains in your Chrome browser profile.
No typed-content uploads
Human Auto Typer does not upload the text you type, paste, or save as a template. It does not use remote AI APIs, analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or third-party tracking SDKs.
Pro licensing
To create a checkout and verify Pro status, the extension may send a randomly generated local installation ID and the extension ID to the Human Auto Typer billing service. Typed content and templates are never sent to that service.
Payments
Payment card details are processed by Creem Checkout. Human Auto Typer does not collect or store payment card details. The billing service stores the random installation ID with its entitlement status for as long as needed to provide and verify the license.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the billing service and entitlement storage. Creem provides checkout and payment processing. Typed content and templates are not shared with either provider.
Page access and permissions
The extension uses activeTab and scripting only after you interact with it and only for the
active tab. The injected script finds the currently focused editable field and inserts your prepared text.
The storage permission stores local settings, templates, queues, site profiles, latest text,
session statistics, and license state.
Information we do not collect
The extension does not collect browsing history, passwords, cookies, account credentials, payment card information, personal communications, health information, or precise location.
Deleting local data
You can clear text and templates from the extension, remove the extension, or clear extension storage from Chrome settings.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
Human Auto Typer's use of information received from Chrome APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Responsible use
Human Auto Typer is intended for personal productivity, accessibility assistance, demonstrations, and testing. Do not use it for spam, deceptive automation, account abuse, or violations of website rules.
